First off, a track by [wikipop]Fiery Furnaces[/wikipop] leading lady [wikipop]Eleanor Friedberger[/wikipop]. Her first solo album is called Last Summer, and “My Mistakes” is perfectly appropriate for a lazy August Sunday.

And then, an incredibly powerful and stripped-down take on the Arcade Fire’s “The Suburbs” by Norway’s Mr. Little Jeans (who is a Ms). Megan remarked that hearing the song this way makes the lyrics sound even more bleak and tragic than the original.
